Два года назад я с моим мужем купили наш дом в Сиудад Кесада. Когда впервые мы приехали в Испанию для проживания здесь, нам необходимо было сделать много дел для нашего удобства в доме. Buenos días Francisco y Vitalija, me he dado cuenta que tenéis una pestaña en vuestra web sobre testimonios de clientes. Me gustaría que publicaseis este escrito que hace referencia a mi experiencia con vuestra empresa Lidon and Associates:
Francisco y Vitalija, me gustaría daros las gracias por la profesionalidad, el cariño y la amabilidad con la que nos habéis tratado durante el transcurso del alquiler de nuestra nueva casa. Como sabéis, hemos estuvimos con otra empresa de la zona viendo casas a la par que nos enseñabais casas vosotros. Al final nos mostrasteis la vivienda que se adecuaba a nuestras necesidades y decidimos hacer la operación con Lidon and Associates. Nos sorprendió la profesionalidad y rapidez con la que contestasteis y solventasteis nuestras dudas así como el interés mostrado después de gestionar el alquiler en que nos sintiéramos bien en el barrio y en la vivienda elegida. Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda, atención y preocupación, y por supuesto por la amistad que se ha creado a raíz de ello.

I was looking for a house to rent on a temporary basis and found out about Lidón and Associates through a good friend in Quesada. I  have been  really impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff – and have no hesitation recommending them to others.   You really do feel that they care about their clients and I felt very comfortable with them throughout the property search and rental agreement process. Franciso and one of his assistants Vytallia? have been doing keyholding for my apartment now for the last five months.  They are professsional and helpful I have every confidence in leaving my apartment knowing that they are checking it for me every week.  While I am away, often for up to a month at a time, I have been able to take advantage of the garden service for my small private garden area and the friends who stayed for a few days two months ago used the airport service and said they were very impressed by the puntuality, courtesy and the price which was very competitive.
 
I would have no hesitation in recommeding Lidon and Associates for their keyholding service and as I have friends who have used them for long term rental, I am just about to sign up for holiday rentals as I shall be spending more time in England next summer.
