Ég kynntist Lidon í gegnum góða vini í Quesada þegar ég var að leita mér að leiguhúsnæði. Ég er mjög ánægð með alla þjónustu Lidon. Þeir fundu fyrir mig húsnæði mjög fljótt og öll þjónusta í kringum leiguna var mjög góð. Ég er um það bil að fara að skipta um húsnæði og ég hikaði ekki við að nýta mér þjónustu Lidon aftur enda sjá þeir alveg um að segja upp fyrri samning og útbúa nýjann þannig að í raun þarf ég ekkert að gera nema skrifa undir og skipta um húsnæði. Þau sjá um alla pappírsvinnu og eru alltaf til staðar og veita persónulega og góða þjónustu. ég mæli því með Lidon án þess að hugsa mig tvisvar um.

Franciso and one of his assistants Vytallia? have been doing keyholding for my apartment now for the last five months.  They are professsional and helpful I have every confidence in leaving my apartment knowing that they are checking it for me every week.  While I am away, often for up to a month at a time, I have been able to take advantage of the garden service for my small private garden area and the friends who stayed for a few days two months ago used the airport service and said they were very impressed by the puntuality, courtesy and the price which was very competitive.
 
I would have no hesitation in recommeding Lidon and Associates for their keyholding service and as I have friends who have used them for long term rental, I am just about to sign up for holiday rentals as I shall be spending more time in England next summer.

We understand that they visit the property weekly and collect the rent and pay the utility bills. Francisco y Vitalija, me gustaría daros las gracias por la profesionalidad, el cariño y la amabilidad con la que nos habéis tratado durante el transcurso del alquiler de nuestra nueva casa. Como sabéis, hemos estuvimos con otra empresa de la zona viendo casas a la par que nos enseñabais casas vosotros. Al final nos mostrasteis la vivienda que se adecuaba a nuestras necesidades y decidimos hacer la operación con Lidon and Associates. Nos sorprendió la profesionalidad y rapidez con la que contestasteis y solventasteis nuestras dudas así como el interés mostrado después de gestionar el alquiler en que nos sintiéramos bien en el barrio y en la vivienda elegida. I was looking for a house to rent on a temporary basis and found out about Lidón and Associates through a good friend in Quesada. I  have been  really impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff – and have no hesitation recommending them to others.   You really do feel that they care about their clients and I felt very comfortable with them throughout the property search and rental agreement process. No problems at all. Liz.

After many years of family and friends watching over our property it was time to find a professional agent and after reading the Lidon & Associates advert in a local newspaper I thought I would enquire to see what services they had to offer.

I called the office to arrange an appointment and was met by Francisco the owner who diligently went through the various services offered for the various budgets and requirements of the customer. I chose the basic Key Holding service which ticked all our boxes, and which included weekly checks, airing the house and flushing the toilets, running taps etc.

I explained to Francisco that in the past seven years I had not had any problems but something told me I needed the services of Francisco and his team as I was spending more and more time away from my house.

After completing the easy documentation process and providing them with details of House Insurance, Security Company, contact details etc I left a set of keys for the house with the knowledge my home was in safe hands.

After two months I received a call from Francisco informing me that during the weekly inspection, a water leak had been detected which had come through my living room ceiling from a burst pipe under the bathroom floor upstairs bringing down masonry, plaster and damaging furniture and electrical goods. This is the call every home owner away from home dreads.

Prior to the call with my house insurance details at hand, Francisco had contacted my insurance broker and a plumber to turn off the water and make sure the house was safe as water had been running through the light in the ceiling. Dealing directly with the insurance agent Francisco arranged for the insurance assessor to access my property and a building company to make good the repairs to my bathroom floor which had to dug up and retiled, re-plaster the ceiling and redecorate the walls. A humidifier was brought in to ensure my house was completely dry prior to decorating. Francisco kept me abreast of all the work with the insurance agent and builders and provided me with photos throughout the repair. Spanish builders and insurance companies are notoriously bad for dragging their heels, but Francisco and his team kept on their backs to expedite the process which included several visits opening the house for inspections and for work to be carried out.

The cost of the Key Holding service provided by Lidon & Associates easily outweighs the cost of having to fly from abroad, and have to deal with the process of insurance and builders, let alone the cost of having to take holidays and the inconvenience caused.

That dreaded call was not as bad as what it could have been.

Francisco and his team have been highly professional and courteous throughout the whole affair even when tempers at times were strained.

I would highly recommend their services to anybody wanting to leave their house empty for any extended period of time.
